CANCELATION POLICY
Card information is mandatory to book.
If you need to cancel your appt, please do so before 48 hours.
A cancellation or no show within 48 hours of your appt will result in a 50% charge of your booked appt.
We do not do this to get rich - we do this to keep color in the cabinet and bulbs in the sockets.

REFUNDS/REDO POLICY
At Black Cat, we want you to be your most confident self. You should be in love with your hair! Every client has 5 days from the date of their complete service to reach out with questions or concerns. Refunds are not available, but we will always do our best to adjust any issue resulting from your original booked service.
Consultations are always helpful to avoid
miscommunication.
All product sales are final!
MASK POLICY
At Black Cat, we ask that you please wear a mask if sick. We want to keep you, your families, and our families safe and healthy. Masks are provided if needed! Please do not feel uncomfortable asking staff to mask, we are happy to do so if needed.
